A/N:i had this in the works in 2019 and then jk just betrayed me. from then on i made fest commitments and i tried to pull teeth on wips. nearly 4 years later i have dusted this off and finished it. i hope you all like it. yes it has plot holes galore. its a dusted up one-shot not a masterpiece.

Summary:Orion Black knows his son was meant to be the guardian of Harry Potter.
He investigates and finds a baby in a cupboard.
Knowing he has little time of his own left he hides the child in the only way he can think of.
Within a gaggle of other children. And chickens. If only Arcturus will listen.
