Wow. This is intense. You really get into Ariana's head here, how events escalate and all the while she's just falling, falling into this black pit of somewhat-insanity. A very poignant, gut-wrenching piece, and that last segment especially makes it seem as though in the middle of all this calamity there's an area misted over with relevations and hope for the future. Lovely fic.
